Returns
BATTERIES AND TELEMARKETS will accept returns of products within the first 7 days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer, and provided that the conditions set out on this page are met:
To make a return you always have to contact us to accept the return. Only pre-authorized returns will be accepted. Once authorized, you will be informed of the data for the shipment.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected in a way that is not received with adhesive tape or transport tape. Otherwise BATTERIES AND TELEMANDALS reserves the right to refuse return.
Returns must be delivered to destination within 7 days after the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.
Once the goods have been received and verified that they are in perfect condition, the refund will be processed if indicated.
The transportation costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer. The amount of the transport of the first delivery already made will be deducted from the total amount of the return.
